Outlook 2002 Error Messages

I set up a box for a user using Exchange and POP3, when I open Outlook I get
this pop up saying to "Enter Password" it prompts me for a user name,
password and domain. The only way to get into Outlook is if I log in using
admin account. When I try to click on "outlook today" I get an error message
saying "Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not be opened.
You do not have permission to log on." Does anyone know how to get rid of
these errors??
