Outlook 2002 Hyperlink

I have a user who uses word as the email editor. On most
messages when she wants to insert a hyperlink everything
works fine. She gets the word hyperlink box that
represents her computer and looks like the dialog box you
get when you want to open a file.

However, when she opens some forwarded messages and she
goes to insert a hyperlink, she gets the generic
hyperlink box as if she was using outlook as her editor
where you have to type everything in.

Is there any way to set this up so this does not happen?
