desperately needs help! i set up a new account in outlook
2002 and i got an error message that said " unable to log
in to incoming mail server" and i was unable to send test
email after clicking on the "test settings " button. i
checked my username and password and the pop and smtp
settings and they're fine. what seems to be wrong ?
