Outlook 2002

A user was just upgraded from Office 2K to Office XP. She
is having problems sending attachments to a Eudora user.
The attachments do not show up. Is there a Security
feature turned on in Outlook that would change or prevent
this?

Also, how do you get the attachments to show up in the
body of the email versus on a line under the Subject line?
