Outlook 2003 and Business Contact Manager

I am using Outlook 2003 with Business Contact manager. I
am also using Outlook/BCM on a laptop.

I don't know if I need exchange server - I have simple
network, to synchronize data between BCM on my laptop and
my desktop.

I want to work remotly and exchange data without having
to import export all the time.

Is there a sychronization feature i can use?
