outlook 2003 and exchange 2000

I have setup outlook to access http email (OWA) but the
subfolders do not populate. They say send bug report.

I have choosen to update the folder list and still no go.

anyone have any ideas?

Outlook doesn't access HTTP e-mail in Exchange 2000. You either need to
create a VPN or other network connection to your Exchange server and access
it that way or use POP/IMAP and access it that way, or open an Internet
Explorer window and access OWA that way.
