Outlook 2003 and multiple users on XP

I installed Outlook 2003 on by XP system, and I found that I had to define
the email accounts, blocked senders, etc. for each user. Is there a way to
set up Outlook so that all users would use the same settings? That way, I
could change them from one user account and have the changes apply to all
users.
