Outlook 2003 Ate My eMail

I just upgraded from Office XP to Office 2003.
In Outlook I had a folder named "Commercial", where I stored my
commercial email. Now that folder has disappeared.

I have a pop3 account with BellSouth, and I also use YahooPops! to
pick up mail from Yahoo.
