Outlook 2003 attachments

I have managed to attach a contact to my new message
template with my other recurring information in my
outlook e-mails. How do I remove this attachment
permenantly? Does anybody out there know? I can't find
any way that I did this in the beginning, nor can I find
where to delete it from
