Outlook 2003 Auto Send/Recieve not working

Uninstalled Outloot 2000 and Installed Outlook 2003. Turned on the auto send
and receive and I have to still manually send and receive.

Any suggestions on how to get this to work would be great...

What are your send/receive settings for your account? Do you have an
automatic polling interval set?

After furious head scratching, Tony asked:
