Outlook 2003 Data file

I cannot close a Outlook data file, I have selected my
mail box and it now appears twice.

Any help would be greatly received.

Here is something that you can try to remove the Outlook Data File:
1. Close Outlook.
2. Go to Start -> Control Panel and double click on the Mail icon.
3. The Mail Setup-Outlook window will open, Click on the Data Files button.
4. If the Data file is listed in here then you should be able to remove it.
