I recently installed Office 2003 on a new XP Home computer. In order to
access my saved messages, I copied my Outlook pst file to a temp directory
and went into Data File Management and installed the old file as a personal
folder. Now I can't delete it from my folder list. It no longer shows up
under Data File Management. It's just gone! When I try to close it by
right clicking on the folder and closing it, I get this error: "The
operation failed. An object is could not be found."
Is there a registry key that I can edit? How do I make this folder go away?
