Outlook 2003/Hotmail

I have a user with a roaming profile. We recently did a fresh Office 2003
Install, but before doing so, we removed his External Accounts such as
Hotmail. In Outlook 2003, we configured his Hotmail account since we did
remove it. He now has 3 Hotmail folders on the left pane, only 1 is
actually "live" and accessing email. I tried Deleting or Closing the other
2 but have been unable to. Can anyone tell me how I would go about removing
these 2? I removed the "live" Hotmail account and that 1 is gone so we are
down to 2.

You have to remove accounts through the Tooles | Email Accounts interface.
However, this is one of those cases where it's probably easier to just start
with a new Outlook profile.
