I have one user out of 1200 that is having an intermittent issue with junk
email filtering in Outlook 2003.
We use Razorgate as a spam filtering solution at the enterprise level. Each
day an email is generated that goes to all users of the comapny that are a
part of Razorgate from [email protected] that lists their emails
that have been quarantined.
2 - 3 times a week I have one user that sees that email from
[email protected] get sent to their junk email folder within
Outlook 2003. This is the only email that this is happening to, no other
legitimate emails are being filtered.
I have taken the following steps in Outlook;
1. Level of junk mail protection is set to low.
2. Domain and specific email address ([email protected]) are
both in the "Safe Senders" list.
3. Box for "Also trust email from my Contacts" is checked and
[email protected] has been added as a contact.
I've searched for a solution but as yet haven't found anything at all that
sounds even remotely close. Any help is greatly appreciated.
