Outlook 2003 - Open Others Folders - How to remove from Menu once added?

How do you remove others folders once they have been
added to Outlook 2003? I can't find any way to remove
these items anywhere.

You mean to your list? In your E-mail Account properties of Exchange (under
Tools-> E-mail Accounts) press More Options-> tab Advanced. Select the
mailbox you want to remove from the folderlist and press the button Remove.
