Outlook 2003 - Reading Pane

Is there a global setting to make all my in-box folders
have the same Reading Pane? Right now I only see to set
each one separately.

The reading pane should be enabled on all message folders by default. You
can either control it using View, Reading pane or View, arrange by,
customize, define views and edit the message view to include it.

I had the same problem. Create your first sub folder
under Inbox. Make all the correct settings for
everything including the preview pain then right-click it
and copy it by right-clicking or using the edit menu.
