outlook 2003 trouble

I am having troubles getting my full name to be displayed when a
receipient receives my emails. Currently the my email address shows up
and not my full name. I have tried to change the display name many
times, with no luck. I even deleted the account and then added it
again, and it still doesn't work. any suggestions??

What the recipient will see in the From field is controlled by the contents
of the "Your Name" field of the account properties pages.
