Outlook 2003 won't send emails

I have Outlook 2003 installed on my office puter (which is
running Windows XP) with no problem. It's also installed
on my laptop (which is running Windows 2000), which I use
when I'm "on the road" which is about 1 week out of every
five.

Well, I've been "on the road" for five nights, and I have
not been able to send emails in Outlook 2003 from my
laptop. I have no problem receiving emails, and no other
problems with Outlook. SOMETIMES (when I first boot up
Outlook 2003??), it seems, I am able to send a few
emails. After that, however, they come back to me
immediately as "undeliverable" - AND, sometimes they DON'T
come back to me as "undeliverable" yet they are not
delivered. I know this because, since I've been
experiencing this problem I always copy myself to another
(yahoo) email address, and often it doesn't go through and
Outlook doesn't let me know.

Any ideas? I'm at my wits end with this!
