Outlook 2003

Hello,

When using outlook 2003 on our laptop, with the work offline option, we have
issues. It seems that if the computer sits idol for several minutes that
outlook will stop checking email. You then have to close outlook and go
back in for it to receive new mail. We are setup on an exchange 2003
system. Has anyone seen this before?
