Outlook 2003

I just reinstalled Outlook 2003. When I hit send/receive, it acts like it is
doing it but doesn't. Outlook Expess work fine.

Can you help? This is my First Post.

Do you get any error messages? Have you tried removing & readding your mail
accounts?
