Outlook 2007 stops getting pop mail

If I leave MS Outlook 2007 running in 10 to 15 min. of no use it will start
showing errors when retrieving POP mail. At that point I have to close and
exit Outlook and open it again and it works fine for a while. How can I
remedy this?

What do the errors tell you? They are the key to solving the problem(s).
Please post the errors in their entirety. Thanks!

The only error that comes up is when after it stops getting mail it says:
Task '(e-mail address removed) - Receiving' reported error (0x800300FD) :
'Unknown Error 0x800300FD'

Does that help?
