I received an email message that included an embedded survey request form.
Upon completion of the survey, I went to hit the send button to return to
sender; however, the "Send" button was grayed out.
Anyone have a solution as to how to get the message sent? There used to be
a shortcut (I believe it was CTR+ALT+V in Outlook 2003).
