Outlook 2K mail is not normal

I have a client who has a problem with her Outlook 2k mail. The entire message/mail shows up as an attachment only. This is not attachments SENT to her, but ANY mail she gets, attachment included or not, shows up in her inbox AS attachments to blank mail
