Outlook 97 Stop the name in the Brackets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi:

When creating notes in a reply to an email users name
appears in >< after every word.Please Help Please Help.How
do I stop from happening.

Uncheck the option to "Mark My Comments" under Tools->Options.
