Outlook Attachment Icon's

How do you print the attachment icons when you print out an email. I used to be able to, and now I can't do it anymore. I am using Outlook 2000.

Convert the message to Plain Text before printing. By using an add-in you
can print the icon for HTML messages as well

Well I used to be able to print attachment icons. It wasn't until I did the windows update that the feature quit working. So it has worked correctly before. What changed that caused it to stop?
