Outlook Backup Problem

I want to back up my address book and my e-mails in Outlook
2000/Windows XP. Does the outlook.pst file contain all data, and if so
where is the file supposed to be located. I can't find it. Thanks for
any help.

Yes, that's enough

Make sure you include hidden and system files and folders when searching for
pst-file.

By default it is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

You can also locate the file by using
Rightclick the root folder (probably Outlook Today)-> Properties-> button
Advanced-> field Filename
