Outlook crushed !!!!!!

Hi
I hope someone had this problem...
I am running Outlook 2000
For some strange reason it crush....
Every time I am strting an app. it giving me an error
se attached.
I had try to reinstall Outlook, repaire using Office CD,
nothing helping.
Error notifying me that log is getting created, however I do not see a
log, or maybe I am looking in to wrong place.

I hope for my sake some one havc an answer to this
