I changed ISP's. I deleted the old ISP email account and
the yahoo email account I set up for the old ISP.

I created a new email account for the new ISP. I tested
the new account and everything appears to work.

However, sent I send/receive, nothing happens. When I try
to create a new email, there is no longer a send button.
And the "Microsoft Test Message" gets sent to my yahoo
account.

How do I clean this mess up?
