Outlook - Email problems

I have a problem sending files from my computer as email. When I mark one
file for sending, and right click on it, I get the option "send to" as
email. When I click on this option Internet explorer starts and connect to
Hotmail (Microsoft Passport), I want my email program in Outlook 2003 to
start when I want to send a file as an email. Is it possible to change this?

In IE or Control Panel go to Internet Options - Programs Tab and select
Outlook in the email program droplist.

Check within your Intenet Explorer - Click Tools -
Internet Options - Programs - Make sure the email option
shows Outlook.
