Outlook Express 5: All messages are sent as attachments.

When I send a message in text it is in the body and then is an attachment
when it is received. Also cannot send pictures of any sort in the body, even
gif's, without them being sent as an attachment. Now no messages can be sent
at all with pictures in the body but can send them if they are sent as
attachments prior to sending.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

97/98/2000/2002/2003 from the Office suite of products. Outlook

Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.

to get to the Internet Explorer groups, then click the plus sign next to

your version of IE to see the link to the Outlook Express group for that

Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer while Outlook is part of
Microsoft Office. You'll have to post this question in an OE newsgroup, try
