Outlook express export

I have a new Vista, and installed my old XT hard drive as a slave to the main
hard drive, I find that I want to get the old emails off the XT hard drive,
is there a way to do it with out having to remove the drive and then set in
up on another computer and export the data?

Outlook Express is directly compatible with Windows Mail.

Both applications are not supported in this newsgroup. This one is for
Microsoft Office Outlook.
