Outlook Express

This is actually an Outlook Express question but I could not find a newsgroup
to post it to.

I have my Hotmail set up in OE the problem is when I first bring it up I
receive all my messages twice, can it be fixed? Also is there anyway to set up
Hotmail in Outlook?
