Outlook Files to Backup

I want to back up my Outlook 2002 files in case of a hard
drive failure. Only problem I have is which files to back
up? When I was using Windows 98 SE it was pretty obvious
but with Windows XP Prof. it is confusing. Can anyone
advise me which files I need to save and then re-install
with a re-installation of Outlook should a hard drive
failure occur.

For Windows XP Home
In Windows Explorer
C:
Docs and Settings
Owners Name
Local Settings
Application data
Microsoft
Outlook
File..Outlook.pst

To save a back-up of this file
File > Import/Export > Export to a file > Personal Folder file(.pst) >
Select personal folders > tick include sub folders > Save to (Browse to
desired location)
Finish.
Your messages, contacts, address books, tasks etc will now be save in one
very large file.

To reload this back-up file
File > Import/Export > Import from another programme or file > Personal
Folder (.pst) . Now browse to where you have stored the back-up

I have found that if I copy a .pst file to removable media it sometimes
cannot be accessed for restore. Copying the file to the hard drive sometimes
does the trick and you can restore from there.
