If using word as the editor, rename normal.dot - if that doesn't help,
report back with the version from help, about.
Also - see if starting outlook in safe mode helps - close outlook and
at the start menu run command, type Outlook /safe
it just will not stay open. I have reverted to using
plain text email editor. If I've detect & repaired once
I've done it 10 times
