outlook integration with Norton Internet Security 2005

I currently have NIS 2005 integrated with Outlook (not express), and in
my email folders I can click "this is spam" to assign email to my
blocked list - but the Icon for "this is not spam" is not activated.
How do I turn on this function?

That icon is only on if Norton has already marked it as spam and placed it in
the spam folder. You are not adding to your Outlook blocked list by clicking
on This is Spam--only the Norton list. You must add it to OL's Junk Mail list
by right clicking on the offender and pick Add to Junk Senders. Use both for
better coverage and less mistakes.
