It is Outlook 2002 over Windows XP Professional, (Office XP Professional with FrontPage), Dell Intel PIV 2.2 GHz, LAN with DSL, and there is a message from the mail server with subject: Failure Notice and size=104 MB in the INBOX folder, when I try to open, preview, copy, move or delete this message, I received an error message from Outlook and the operating system task manager show Outlook - Not Responding. I can manage others messages, but I can not manage this junk message, because Outlook 2002 is freeze when I try to do it
What can I do in order to solve this problem? How can I delete this Junk Message?

Thanks

Well it is not a Junk Message you've probably tried to sent a 104MB (!) mail
message. Start Outlook in safe mode by Start-> Run; "path to Outlook.exe"
/safe. Now select the message and see if you can delete it by SHIFT+DELETE

Thank you for your help, Roady. I deleted the mail message, running Outlook in safe mode. Outlook is running well now.
