Outlook is retrieving information

I had a profile set up to use an old exchange server. I
switched to a new server, deleted (at least I think) all
references to the old server. I've even created a new
profile. when I access certain fields in
Contacts "Outlook is retrieving information from the Exc.
Server" message appears with the OLD exc. server name. I
also removed any references to the old server in the
registry.

How do you remove these references??
