Outlook labeling email as spam

When my email comes in a lot of it is labeled as spam
when in fact it is not. How do I turn this feature off?

When you say "labeled as spam", what do you mean? Outlook "labels" junk
mail by changing the color of the title. If that's what you're seeing,
click the "Organize" button, then "Junk E-Mail", and turn off the "New Junk
messages will appear in <color>" button.
