OUTLOOK.msp path, cannot find

I cannot change, remove, or reinstall Office 2003 Pro because the path to
518780.OUTLOOK.msp cannot be found. I tried running the office cleaner
(ork.exe), but it didn't help.
How do I reinstall Office?

Thanks DL, that solved my problem.

I don't know why the Office cleaner (ork.exe) didn't take care of it. The
Microsoft program referred to in the knowledgebase articel is much more
robust!
