Outlook not closing properly

after i instaleld outlook i updated it and noticed that
when i clsoe it it leaves an instance running

i open it and close again and it leaves anotehr instance
running

any idea how to stop this as its takign up resources

using office 2000 pro

You have an add-in or a sync tool that is keeping Outlook open. FInd it and
Outlook will behave normally.

ah thanks, we have workgroupshare on outlook

thats whats causing the multiple instances then thanks

ill just have to deal with closing them then
