outlook not opening pictures automatic

Hello, can anyone tell me by sending me an email if its
possible to open .jpg pictures automatic as they come
into my inbox in outlook 2003 as outlook express does ??
We receive a lot of mails pro day and need to see these
pictures, its a lot of work to open them all 1 by 1.
