Outlook not responding after program is open

I have one Outlook 2002 client that can open Outlook but
the program does not respond when she tries to use it. I
have tried another user on the same machine and that did
not work(same problem). I then tried an internet mail
address, but ended up with the same results.

I have searched on Microsoft site for help and was not
able to come up with a solution.

I have tried the following things to resolve the problem
but none of them worked:

uninstall and reinstall Office XP.
removed tcp/ip and then reinstalled
updated the Office XP suite
logged on as a different user(to exclude Exchange from
being the problem)
created and internet mail connection to Outlook
updated NIC driver

Any assistance would be appreciated.
