I have just installed Windows XP and use Outlook 2000 - I
have downloaded the latest service pack (3).
Two questions
I wish to switch off the Preview pane for ALL folders as
a default. At the moment I can only apparently switch it
off on a per folder basis and not apply it to all folders.
Secondly, how do I apply a custom view to all folders as
a default. This is a 'problem' that I have never managed
to sort out - I just apply the specific custom view
whenever I create a new folder, but it would be nice to
apply a specific custom view to all folders to
standardise column width widths for example.
