Outlook Question

Is there a feature in Outlook that provides an auto
response for a user if they are out of the office for
extended periods. Something that automatically replies to
the sender that the receipient is away and will return on
a specific date?

Also I am using a computer that has an address book in
Outlook but that user is no longer around. I wish to
retain this address book but I need to delete the users
email... Is there a way to do this.

There is a feature in Outlook called Out-of-Office
Assistant that can do that for you. Just go to Help and
Type: Out of office assistant
