outlook security

sorry if this is a repeat but I put a wrong return email
address on first time round.

List one says that files with certain extensions will be
removed and there is nothing I can do about it. It
contains many microsoft files including access. Friends
tell me they use Outlook and can receive such files.
Have I missed a patch?

Not a patch, but perhaps instructions on how to customize the attachment
blocking behavior.
