Outlook Shared Mailbox

Does anyone know of a way to see who the "real" sender was of a message that
originated from a shared address? Our team uses a common address to receive
and process emails but any of us can respond from the box. I need to find a
way to distinguish who is actually responding rather than just seeing the box
name.

Instead of providing them with Send As permissions on that mailbox, you
should provide them with Send On Behalf Of permissions instead.
