Outlook Startup

I click on my Outlook icon and the main window comes up --
the one with who it is licensed to. But, it takes
forever to open up the rest of the way so I can use it.
It didn't use to do that, i.e, it opened up all the way
right away. Any suggestions on what to do?

Try disabling the MSN messenger...
Tools>Options>Other>under Instant Messaging uncheck the "enable instant
messaging in microsoft outlook" check box

I'll give it a try. Thanks for your help. I've been
gone for awhile so wasn't able to access your suggestion
until now. The box was checked and I unchecked it.
