Outlook Today icon missing from Outlook Bar

My Outlook Today shortcut is missing from the Outlook Bar
and seems to have completely disappeared. I can't access
my Outlook Today at all and can't seem to get it back.

Any good words on how to add the Outlook Today folder
back into my system?
