Outlook will not start for certain users

Running home network of 2 PCs, Outlook 2000 will not
start when the administrator is logged in to Windows XP.
All other users can start Outlook, as well as open the
administrator's .pst file.

Syptom may have occurred after synchronizing with
PocketPC.

Any ideas?

More details of problem:
no error messages, the program just hangs up with the
Outlook logo displayed. I must end the task through the
task manager.
