I use Telewest Broadband to connect to the internet.
I recently had to reformat my computer and reinstall
Microsoft Office XP. However now when I open Outlook it
does not connect automatically (like it use to) and I have
to click the Send/Receive button to retrieve my mail. Also
my Sent Items folder has disapeared from the Outlook Bar.
Any ideas anyone? I've searched Help in vain!
